  • Down at Fraggle Rock

No matter how old and mature you might consider yourself, there are certain kids’ shows that are impossible to outgrow, especially when Jim Henson was behind them. The new The Fraggle Rock Complete Series Collection from Lionsgate and HIT Entertainment invites you to get back in touch with Henson’s lovable, hilarious Muppet visions that he called Fraggles. Although the series first aired in 1983, time has not detracted from the appeal of these colorful creatures from the cave. The collection includes all four seasons on 20 discs and two hours of bonus features. Find the collection where DVDs are sold, and get ready to “Let the music play, down at Fraggle Rock.”

  • Gifts That Give

December may be over, but the drive to give does not have to end with the holiday season. ABC Home & Planet Foundation’s MISSIONmarket introduces Clusters of Compassion, a campaign offering inspirational gift ideas that benefit the local and global community. Gift categories include Creating Home, Empowerment, Planet Protection: Our Collective Home, Healing and Animal Compassion. Now, instead of giving someone a new sweater as a birthday gift, you can donate funds to Pet Rescue New York City in the name of an animal lover or grant nine months of math and literacy classes to an Afghan girl on behalf of a bookworm.
