Spinach Dip

1 can (13.5 oz.) Del Monte Fresh Cut Leaf Spinach, drained
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup scallion, finely chopped
A few dashes Tobasco
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Use a rubber spatula or wooden spoon to combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and dip with crudit é or chips.
